- John Flanagan Added April 05, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Last Wednesday night we bought Ginger Beef and Panang Chicken. Both the meats in these dishes were "rubbery" and looked and felt like they had been boiled, certainly not stir fried. Both dishes , particularly the beef, were watery. We were really disappointed in this food, as we have had Thai many times before and know what it should be like. We won't be going back to Green Emerald.

Both green currys were watery and had no depth of flavour. Was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I counted 3 peas and 5 bits of carrot. No other veg. The meat was tough. All round very unsatisfying meal. Would not recommend getting curry here. The menu states hot and spicy as we like hit good we ordered thai green curry and chili jam duck we asked for both dishes to be hot they were bland not hot curry like water it was aweful . We asked for some chopped fresh chili to spice it up and if came frozen never have i had that before . Tasteless, watery red curry.
Satay chicken sticks and satay for the roti different flavours, both no good.
Curry puff was ok
