- Ros Greig Added January 25, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wanted to replace several windows, quoted to replace 2 double hung windows with one giant window, which was not as requested, dimensions didn't look correct either, check your order carefully. When the order was checked on a month later we found they hadn't processed it, by then they were inundated with orders, so back to end of the queue. They have difficulty calling you back when they say they will. Poor communication made things difficult to co-ordinate multiple trades people.

Not only did my mother have to wait for about 2 weeks but they didn't do ask I asked. And on top of that they want additional fee to change it!!! Seriously?! What kind of business are we running here? If you don't have it, then just tell the caller rather than do the hard sale.
