The sales professional, Damien, was just so knowledgeable and guided us through all the way. We were also helped by Cyn, she was very supportive & helped us find the right window tint (to protect our little one from the sun) and interior treatment, to protect our car from the little one's spills! Overall a nice smooth experience, and we are very happy with our new family car.

Hopped into all the new SUVs and was not approached by one staff member. When walking into the Isuzu dealership I was greeted by one staff member. I had to ask specific questions, I wasn't offered any real information on the car. I was told they take 6 months to arrive without even asking or being told anything about the car. It was as though they don't want to sell cars, they just want to go back to their desk and do nothing. Ended up calling Melbourne dealership where they actually wanted to sell me a vehicle. Sorry guys would much prefer local but the service is very below par.
